Our Cowboy Coffee is a blend of single origin specialty grade beans…

For the fancy customers who wanna know more about our coffee, we use a total of 8 beans in the combination of Dark and Medium Blend coffees.

The dark blend is always single origin Brazil, South American and Central America coffees with a touch of Specialty grade Organic Cherry Robusta from India.
The Medium blend is always single origin Brazil blended with 2 single origin Central American lots to give it the sweet chocolate undertones.

What’s all that mean?

Well, it means that our Cowboy Coffee Blend can fit pretty well to however you like your coffee. If you like your coffee strong, you got the bones to brew yourself a dark cup without heaping too much more in. If you like your water with a little bit of coffee flavor, the blend isn’t SO dark that you won’t be able to drink it if you go a little light on your grounds.

How much do I use?

We’re a big fan of 2 tablespoons to every 6 ounces of water. If you wanna have the best cup you can even if you’re doing it over the stove top or a drip coffee maker, try and use some filtered water so you don’t have all those flavors in there you don’t want, unless of course you’re on a well, then you got it made.

Coffee Storage

We know there’s age old debates about the best way to store your coffee. Your best bet is to keep in the dark, in a pretty air tight container up in a cabinet in the kitchen.

If you’re gonna be going outta town, and you really, really want to, you can put it in the freezer for up to a month.

NEVER put your coffee in the fridge though! Humid, moist environments like the fridge lead to condensation and the growth of microorganisms (unwanted coffee critters)
